We work the wider service area too - out toward Town 'n' Country, Temple Terrace, University, and the rest of the 32 named areas we cover, some of them a 15-to-18-mile haul like Valrico, Fish Hawk, or Trinity. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and ask; we'd rather tell you no on the phone than show up late. We don't do walk-in showroom visits at the address - this is a dispatch point, not a retail counter, so bring your questions by phone first.

What we don't do: full structural garage rebuilds or foundation work - if the header or jamb is failing, that's a contractor call before it's a door call, and we'll tell you that straight instead of patching around it.

We confirm the part on site, price it before we touch anything, and do the work if you say go. Some jobs need a part we don't carry on the truck - certain opener boards or odd-size panel sections aren't common stock, and we'll tell you that up front rather than have you wait around.
